Privacy Is the Foundation of Trust
At Sterling Protection Partners Ltd., trust is not simply earned through the services we provide. It is established through the confidence our members place in us before a journey begins, during moments of uncertainty, and long after every engagement has concluded.
Our responsibility extends beyond executive protection and operational planning. It includes protecting the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of every individual, family, and organisation we serve.
This Privacy Policy explains how Sterling Protection Partners Ltd. collects, uses, protects, and stores information entrusted to us.
Information We Collect
Every Sterling membership begins with preparation.
To provide meaningful protection and coordinated support, we collect information that enables us to understand our members, anticipate their requirements, and prepare for future operations.
Depending upon your membership and requested services, this information may include your identity, contact details, passport information, government-issued identification numbers, travel itineraries, emergency contacts, communication preferences, family information, accommodation details, and information necessary for operational planning and risk assessment.
Where legally required or operationally necessary, we may also request additional documentation to verify identity or comply with applicable regulations.
Sterling only requests information that serves a legitimate operational or legal purpose.
How Your Information Is Used
Information entrusted to Sterling is used exclusively to deliver membership services, coordinate operational support, prepare travel and security planning, communicate with members, improve service quality, fulfil contractual obligations, comply with applicable laws, and protect the safety of our members.
Sterling does not sell personal information and does not permit its use for unrelated commercial purposes.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality defines Sterling.
We understand that many of our members occupy positions where discretion is not merely appreciated—it is essential.
Member identities, travel arrangements, residences, business interests, operational requests, and personal information are treated as confidential and are only accessible to authorised personnel whose responsibilities require such access.
Except where required by law or expressly authorised by the member, Sterling does not disclose confidential information to third parties.
Identity Verification
Every Sterling member completes a confidential onboarding process before membership is activated.
Identity verification may require government-issued identification, proof of address, passport information, or other documentation necessary to establish membership and maintain the integrity of the Sterling network.
Where legally required for compliance or verification, Sterling may collect government-issued identification numbers, including national identity numbers or equivalent identifiers. Such information is processed only for legitimate legal, security, or operational purposes and is protected using appropriate safeguards.
Sharing Information
To deliver a personalised and prepared service, Sterling maintains a confidential member profile.
Depending on the services requested, this profile may include identity documents, government-issued identification numbers where required, travel preferences, health condition, emergency contacts, communication preferences, family information provided by the member and details necessary to support operational planning.
This information enables Sterling to prepare in advance rather than react during critical situations.
The Sterling Membership Card
Every Sterling member may receive a unique membership credential, including a physical membership card and digital credentials.
These credentials are issued solely for member identification within the Sterling ecosystem. The card itself does not provide automatic access to third-party services and remains the property of Sterling Protection Partners Ltd.
Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately so they can be suspended and replaced.
Operational Readiness
Sterling does not believe protection begins during an emergency. It begins long before.
Our membership model is built upon Operational Readiness, a continuous process of preparation that enables our team to respond efficiently when support is required.
Information voluntarily provided by our members allows Sterling to prepare travel support, perform destination risk assessments, coordinate trusted partners, establish communication protocols, and develop contingency plans before a journey begins.
Preparation is not an additional service. It is the foundation of the Sterling experience.
Deferred Settlement Privilege
Eligible members may receive access to Sterling's Deferred Settlement Privilege.
Where applicable under the member’s agreement, qualifying services may be coordinated immediately, with payment settled following service delivery in accordance with the agreed Settlement Window.
Eligibility, limits and applicable services are determined by the member’s membership agreement and Sterling's operational policies.
Intellectual Property
The Sterling name, logo, membership design, card design, website content, graphics, operational frameworks, and proprietary membership concepts are the intellectual property of Sterling Protection Partners Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
No part of this website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Changes to This Policy
Sterling may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, operational practices, or membership services.
The most current version will always be published through Sterling's official website.
